PhD activities report due each quarter (three months).

Justification and approval of doctoral work activity not inherent in the doctoral course Deadline: on request/PhD student's needs. N.B.: The module is to be submitted within the date of the Academic Board or Direction Board and up to 48 hours before, since it must be approved by the aforementioned body. It is advisable to contact the PhD representatives to find out the useful dates.

Frequency: Before the assignment. N.B.: Access the expense reimbursement form from SIT. The form sends the request for approval to the Doctoral Program Coordinator (who must always be indicated as the assignment coordinator). The contact person should be the postlauream.fisppa@unipd.it office.

Contacts for support to the PhD student regarding organization, procedures, processes, involvement, etc. Mediators also curate the PhD students' well-being.
